I am very new to this.
I have live a in small country town.
I own a new (June 2009) Holden "International"- and intend to buy Holden internal rear window shade mesh screen as per the accessory list.
My local Holden dealer and next nearest one have never seen one nor fitted one and therefore cannot tell how it is done or will look.
I am very reluctant to be the 'ginnea pig'.
The question is simple; has anyone had one fitted and if so did it look ok? and no el cheapo

Have fitted only one of these, on a Calais V Sedan.

Fits quite well on the rear window. For the back doors it actually glues to the top of the door trim and to the black plastic liner on the inside of the door frame, at the top if you know what I mean.

They are fairly easy to see through, and they provide good shade for the rear passengers, but this car had no window tint. They allow the rear windows to be opened still. They can be removed, but the clips remain glued on.

On the fitting instructions that come with them it actually states that the glue will discolour the door trims, so if you do fit them and then later down the track decide to remove them, I'm not sure how the tops of the doors trims will look?

No.

There are black plastic clips that simply slide under the existing plastic trims, i.e. roof lining and the c pillar plastic trims.

The sun shade will clip in place and can be removed very easily.
