Which Oil to use....

Hi Guys,
I was wondering if all you guys out there can help me.... I was wondering what oil you would use for running in and also normal running oil for a VN headed 355 COME racing stroker....I got the pleasure of organising the engine which will be ready for pick up early next week which will have been already put on the dyno and then to get the extractors and exhaust done all before hubby comes home from being away from work which will be in a week and half...so if you can help me out with any suggestions and input I would really appreciate it as I would like to have his commodore running for him by the time he walks in the door....

Is the engine COME built? Am sure Sam's recommendations will be based on a lot of experience. And there are plenty of threads on here re oil. Search is your friend.

Liverpool Exh are great guys! Lot of experience there.
