I'm trying to build a 9 second car for $9,000 (excl safety gear)

Can you tell me what would need to be done to a Th350 to stand this kind of power. I'm assuming about 400rwkw "should" be enough...
Could you PM me an idea of what this cost to get done (box is out of car and I will refit)
