hey peoples just going to have a bit of a rant, drove to work today and once i parked i noticed a small trickle of fluid coming from the ute, after a quick look found it was radiator fluid, at first cause it was dark i could properly diagnose it but had a quick look when i got out of work this arvo i had a better look it looks to be coming from the engine area, then looked a bit mroe to find it looks like the water pump, not happy:flipoff:. limped the old girl home and once i pulled up in the drive it started gushing fluid, so off to the shop again tomoz and more dollars, gotta love cars
cheers maccas

Make sure there's not a fault somewhere else in the cooling system that's stuffed your pump. Hope it's back on the road soon.

Just your car's way of keeping you on your toes... If things didn't go wrong with cars then you'd get bored.
Plus now you have something to discuss at the pub with mates... lol

few year back around Christmas time our VT commodore needed the air con, radiator and altenator all replaced within a few weeks of each other. Drove the wife crazy has she had to hang around in town each day waiting for the car to be repaired ( by the way I think it's had about 4 or 5 alternators put in so far, some under replacement warranty)
