Also am I imagining things or is the front bar and skirts very slightly different from standard?

your imagining things. The wheels are a version of the roh prowler/ incubus types wheels by the centre caps could be some bob jane jobs.

They look like they are Konig Unknown (except the dish almost looks black in the photo - Could just be the shadows though.)

I had a set on my old VZ ute:

Ozzy Tyres sell them and they also have 9.5" rear which have awesome dish (Fitted on my ute pretty easily - Rolled guards.)

Don't be fooled by any other rims that look similar, I know this for a fact because these same rims were on my brothers old car in 20"
