Help!!! Stop PWR122 touching bonnet

Im wanting to hear from PWR 122 owners on vx/vy model cars. Have you devised a way to stop the blower from rubbing the bonnet insulator. Have tried the K frame spacers and it still rubs under load. Cheers

Seen a few like that and dont really want to cut a ugly old hole in the insulator.

have you tried raising the height of your bonnet? the clip that locks the bonnet into place, undo the large nut thats up against the bonnet, then wide out the center bolt ( with the spring around it ) give it a few turns, i had to raise mine slightly for my otr to fit, i think you could raise it a few mm and not really impact they visual look

Have a look on the LS1 GTO site.
There are new engine mounts available which lower the engine a bit closer to the crossmember.
