gto mail order tune?

hi ppl,
will getting a mail order tune for stock gto (no mods, stock as) make any difference, any significant difference?
02 gto. i have opportunity to get it CHEAP and dont know if worth it.

I do mail order tunes as well. They usually perform very close to or as well as full custom tunes in cars such as yours. They usually gains around 30rwkw.

schmik - cheap doesn't always mean good. I'd want to be very certain of the tuner's credentials, before allowing a mail order tune to be placed into my car.

Oztrack and other sponsors do mail order tunes at very reasonable rates and they are always worth considering.

Yes ive seen a few Mail order tunes with about 4 changes. To do a good one the tuner needs the experience of lots of similar vehicles that have been tuned accurately.

oz is that 30rwkw on a stock car?

i not doin anyhtin like exhaust/otr yet so i figured if i get this tune on stock it would give me some improvements.but if it is 30rwkw on a STOCK HSV, then maybe id give it a bit more thought

Yes around 30rwkw with no mods other than the tune is typical.
