Tex Z Grip has started making a bad vibrating sound like something has come loose when engaged and gets worse at higher revs, the damn thing only has about 3,000ks of easy driving....maybe its the gearbox anybody had this problem before? Ive also noticed a squek when taking off from the lights....

Hey Mate,
Posibility that something has come loose.
If no locktite was used it would probably be comming undone which could cause a vibration.
Just a thought.
Thanks

as cygnet mentioned the pressure plate may be loose. If the loctite has not been applied correctly this can happen.
can you feel a shudder through the pedal? can you change gears?
Dont drive it until you can drop the box and inspect OR take it to whoever did the installation.

Yeah prob not a good idea to drive untill you at least get it looked at i couldnt think of nothing worse than something major happning doing 110Km down the freeway.
Good luck with it anyway hope its nothing to big.
Funny the Tex's Z grip have a really good record like the boy's are saying it might have not had enough if any Loctite applied.

The squeak on engagment is pretty much normal. Some do it, some don't. Mine does it every now and then.
Does the vibration happen only when your releasing the clutch?
