07 ssv auto warranty issues? thoughts?

Hey guys,

Well let me list the issues and then you tell me either if you have had them or if you think holden wont honor any of them.

1. Flip key has started draining the battery (new battery lasts about a week)

2. Rear LED top window brake has 2 LED's out on it.

3. My aircon belt has snapped off.

Let me know your thoughts/comments

Why not just try to get warranty, and if anything gets knocked back, you can let others know?
Sounds to me like a faulty key head, faulty lamp and failing harmonic balancer. All are known about.
