6.0lt SS or SSV?

Hi Forum adventurers.

This is my first time on here. was wondering if someone could help me with a few things. firstly 2002 was when i sold my VHSLE mint condition. And now its time to get back into the V8s, however, lots have changed. What is the difference with SS and SSV also, Ls1,2,3 that i hear a lot of, but know nothing about. Anyone able to inform me?
