Piss easy to do IF you have access to a hoist mate..specially if they are OEM headers....

pacies 1 3/4s 4into1s, 3inch cats into 2.5inch SuperCat catback, cost me $2100 fitted.
i know the catback was going to cost me $450 fitted. so theres a rough idea.

Wish I could earn $250 for an Hour and a half work....
Thats all it takes....they are not that hard to do if its a straight bolt on job.

I have been sourcing the same for my Monaro recently.
For Pacies Try-Y or similar, with metal high flow cats, quotes ranged from $1500 to $2200.

That's the cheapest quote I got..... Most people have told me 2-3 hours. Cats need to be fitted, catback needs to be adjusted to suit, fitting of extractors. I thought $250 was pretty good.
Personally, I dont't have the time, space, tools nor the experience to do it so would rather take it somewhere and get them to do it.

I know what you are saying re the time and space... fair enough... just don't let them baffel you with bullshit though... the replacement parts are desinged to bolt on to your existing system. there is no adjusting needed...its as simple as bolt off old, bolt on new...
it would take 2-3 hrs with a lunch break and a coffie break...:)
EG..to unbolt an entire catback exhaust...10 mins.
My 1c worth.

if its straight bolt on then yeh..
but sometimes its 3inch headers into 3 inch cats into 2.5inch catback. just abit of work needed.
...i got the shop to do my whole setup.
if i was just going catback, i would have done it myself..
as i personally dont have the space, tools, or exp to fit extractors.
taking wheels off and rear springs is about my comfort zone.
