turbo sizing

im about to start buliding a ls1 turbo motor but i wouldnt really know what is a good size for a ls1 is i dont want to much lag im after a very responsive turbo so any suggestions would be good and also tips on doing this bulid

thanks to both above read through both of them now i just gota do some ringing round then should be happening fairly soon
