I've ordered stuff in the past from them and have always received great service. Usually only took a week for me to get parts.

Its Thanksgiving holiday in the US at present. The whole country has therefore "checked out" to eat turkey and family get togethers. Probably bigger that xmas for them. At least ones I know.

Heard TSP are a little, er, intermittent on shipping, but dont know if thats the reality. Give them a shot early next week.

Why not try forum sponsor SpeedInc for your US-sourced parts? Fraser and the crew over there have many runs on the board. :goodjob:

cheers

When buying through SPEED Inc i always get a email with tracking progress(you can see where it is and delivery date), normally around a week depending on parts avalibility.

I got some prices frm texas but Fraser beats them hands down on price and shipping

yeah speed inc looks great... thing is they didnt have the grind cam i was after, only custom, and texas speed did. all in all they are both incredibly cheap compared to aus and i couldnt be happier with the purchase. now just to wait at the mail box :smilesandbanana:

Is it over $1000 ?

Please read this (http://www.ls1.com.au/forum/showpost.php?p=1058034&postcount=29)

Speed Inc express shipped out an order, but customs/Australia Post did their best to make a 2 day OS shipment take 3 weeks to get to me.

Your order may well already be in the country ... but Aussie dickheads are delaying delivery

Funny buying ex US isnt everything its cracked up to be, what do you do if you have a problem with a product? I went through this I wont say who but a big speed shop in the US. JUST BE CAREFUL.

Depends on where you're located in Australia

CBD Sydney and Broome WA I'd use different carrier for either.

This role I have has introduced me to LS1s in areas of the world you wouldn't believe are chasing some horsepower.

Send fraser a PM/email he'll get the cam you want, might not be on there website but he'll get it for ya.

Great service

Honestly I have harrassed Fraser @ Speedinc for some weird and wonderful parts, and most not off the shelf and he has come through without a hitch. The best part is it keeps more money in my pocket and it arrives faster than if I order it in Oz.

Cheers Luke

................and it arrives faster than if I order it in Oz.

:yup: We ordered a W427 clutch and flywheel from Fraser for worknssv. Not only was the total cost including shipping less than the cost of the flywheel alone here, it was shipped by Fraser early Wed morning our time and arrived at Chev's about Fri lunchtime!! Be struggling to get one delivered from interstate that quickly!!!

East coast :) Brisbane.

UPS best for shipping within Brisbane, as you get up the coast north of noosa, Gladstone, rocky, Mackay, i'd consider express mail.

I'm not perfect, but when i'm given the opportunity to come through for a customer I try to take it.

thanks again guys.
