i just got a set of genuine ve ssv wheels. i have grinded the centre lip out so it will fit on my car. the problem it that the top of the tyre hits the shocker (not by alot). but it shouldn't as i have fitted 245/35 ZR19 93Y.
has anyone else had this problem?

Yeah, I had the same problem with the front when I fitted a set of 245/40/19's. The tyres were touching the spring platform, but it was sorted when I fitted coil overs and got a proper wheel alignment. I have 35 profile tyres on the front now and there is heaps of room.
