LS1 Rough Idle

hey guys im getting a rough idle on low rpm around the idle and 1500 range.

ive got the VY II SS with maffless tune and otr + 2x 2.5 exhaust.

ive take off the plugs from the drivers side (std platinum pztr5a-15) all seem good but 2nd from the front has a little more black around the ring just before the thread. the white part of coil pack end of the lead has turned a mustard yellow where as all the other leads both drivers and passenger side is white.

would this cause misfire or any issue for that matter? i know that if the white part of the spark plug is this colour it will cause misfiring.

When you say you've removed the plugs, is that plug leads, or have you actually removed the spark plugs from the head? Discolouration of the plastic probably won't cause an issue. How long have the plugs been in the car? Has anything been changed recently?

Your misfire may be caused by spark plugs, plug leads, oxygen sensors, etc, etc.... To find the fault, it is probably best to go and see a mechanic who can troubleshoot it in a logical way, with tools that will enable diagnosis.
