Hi
I need to replace the radio aerial on my 94 Landcruiser and I am struggling to find where to access the aerial from under the fender. I tried searching other forums with no luck. Any hints will be appreciated. thanks

i have to do the same thing , how weird to see a post here about it
i have had to do it in the past as well, dam trees overhanging drive way
mine is an 96 model but should be the same
there is an access hole under the bonnet behind the wheel arch ,it's only small and easier to get too if you stand on a chair
mine only had one bolt holding it and that was easy to get too
it's on the outside and bolts a bracket to the guard
the hard bit was maneuvering the airial asembly out of the small hole

I'm another frustrated 80 series aerial changer.....OK, I've found the little opening in the panel, but the aerial wire is not moving at all, and we can't work out what's what on the cab side of the fire wall. It's a manual aerial, can we just cut the old one off at the cable and join the new cable to the old one? or is there an issue joining the cables??? PLEASE HELP...my dash is everywhere and we have to drive to QLD on Saturday!

I did two a few weeks ago but cant remember how I did it now
I know I did have to pull the dash apart
from memory you put it in from in the wheel arch
then I got a coat hanger and tape the aerial cable to it then poked it through

Thanks, we'll just keep on struggling on it, and swearing some.
