My pick!

Look at the throttle blades. What a perfect capture. This photographer has got a better reaction time than most drivers.

Thankfully it wasnt me. I raced but was knocked out in Rnd 1 on sunday morning when i broke out by 0.005sec partially due to the air being so good at 140' below sea level. And partially due to my stupidity.

Made a new PB on the 60' time though of 1.43sec and improvement of 0.03sec.

The red monaro that crashed was Maurice Fabietti's 2002 Monaro Top Doorslammer. Lost control in the burnout and put it into the wall. Along with about 8 other crashes on saturday afternoon.

Cheers,

Darren

The Guy in the top pic, the Capri, is John Lamattina from Mildura. He and hos brothers are carrot farmers and have the most awesome pantech trailer setup. The car used to be owned by Theo Pavlomanilakis from Pavtek.

The Capri raced in the Supercharged outlaws exhibition bracket.

Cheers,

Darren
