There's another one out the back, it's fully grown unlike this one, but it's pretty shy about being photographed even when offered xmas ham :)

Yes, the Bluey just about climbed inside the conatainer :1peek:
and gutsed itself silly.
we were a little concerned about the Devon rex - the other cat my partner has -
as it likes to kill birds and anything else it can find, but i made sure that cat
was locked inside.

Cheers

I live in the Perth hills, so I see these and bob-tails regularly in the summer :)

We saw a black race horse a while back, man can they move!

Dad has one on his property. If you live near any bush they are great as they will keep snakes away. - so i was told anyway.

They eat baby snakes and more importantly snake eggs apparently....we never kill them even though they scare the sh1t outta ya when you see them, basically because i think they are a snake at first.

I've only seen 3 or so snakes in 10+ years here and i reckon thats not bad for a 6 acres near/in the bush.

When I was living with my parents in Adelaide, we had Blue Tongues living in the garden (In the suburbs mind you!) They are cool.

I have two Bearded Dragons as pets now. These are early photos they are a lot bigger now. They are very friendly and fun to watch when they fight each other, chase each other around and do all the arm waving and head bobbing stuff.

Nice dragons mate, i used to have one too (but didn't have a license:1peek:) so i put it back out in the wild as the fines are quite big lol. I am really keen to get a water dragon but they are high maintenance. Keep posting pictures of your reptiles peoples !!! :)

Hey actually after thinging about it a bit i remembered they make some noise, which reminded me of their other name in Aus, its a barking gecko, as they make little yipping noises like small dogs. Specially when provoked.

I have put out about 10 x 1 Metre lengths of 90mm drainage pipe in various sections of the back garden area so ours can 'hide' if being threatened.

I had the "seven bells scared out of me" about 2 weeks ago when one was on the front door mat - first sight is 'scary'!!!!

It loves cat biscuits, as seen in the original pics I posted.
It also has our left overs from tea, so there's plenty of meats and veggies
for him / her to pig out on. I haven't seen it now for about 2 weeks.
I'm betting it's hibernating somewhere after engorging itself :)
