Easy answer. Yeah I ran a set on my last car. You can never get spare rim halves since they moved production to the Philippines. And you'll need them because I always had buckles when hitting even innocent looking potholes.

When it rains the inner rims fill with water that can't get out and the car shakes like a penguin with an anchovie wriggling up its ar$e. The only fix is to slow right down and do a weaving thingo to get the water out. The final problem was trying to keep the outer rim halves polished up - brake dust off Brembos just kills them. There is a plating option which is highly recommended.

But the state offices in VIC/NSW were always great and resourceful getting parts - I even got to the point where I pre-purchased stock - I have three rim halves now!

Would I run these wheels again? Unfortunately no. But they are a beautiful looking wheel.
