View Full Version : Who's voice would you most like to hear on GPS?
As the title state..
Who's voice would you like to hear most on GPS?
My vote goes to Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May.
Imagine all three of them doing it..

James May - "Turn right in 300 meters"
Clarkson - "Powerrrr"
Hamster - "This isn't going to turn out as planned"
Clarkson - "You blithering idiot, you've gone the wrong way!!"
James May - "In 20 metres perform U-turn"
Hammond - "That's not gone well"

For those of you who are able to run TomTom5 on a Symbian phone, there was/is a website with over 200 odd profiles for voice's. Homer, Arnie and Clint Eastwood were some of the most downloaded back in the days when i used TT5..

I agree that could be a funny combo for driving around. No doubt we would all get lost because I have no idea where Barthurst is (see Bana Ep)

Heres a NO VOTE for either that chick from The Nanny or the one from Will and Grace, that would be enough reason to run yourself over a cliff.
Someone with cronically bad Tourettes Syndrom.
"Turn left in .... c%$#, shit, shit, f%$#, 200 metres"

Deff not Will Hagen.
He would be dribbling so much shit in between directions that you would miss two towns before he got back to telling you to make a turn.

Yeah my fiance's has Homer.. He comes out with some weird crap..
Weve had it on their for over 6 months and out of the blue the other day he was the usual "in 300 meters turn left" followed by "and around the corner you might find an ice cream truck".
Never heard the icecream truck comment before... he cracks me up..

You mean 5th Gear :)
no, I mean Top Gear. Back in The Day she was on it.
I recall one episode of making a crap car go fast where she bought a beat up vauxhall nova, clarkson bought a V8 rover.
this was long before the current top gear format and before Fifth Gear was invented.
when TG used to have Tiff Needell, Quentin Wilson and Steve Berry as regular presenters.
