qld was the ok last year but should be good this year not long till brissy one only 7mths and counting lol i got a carport this year because the brizzy one last year was so stupid we were up at 5 just to get our cars around to marshling to get out on track @ 8am there were 1200 entrants last year when normaly there are only 800max lol

Agree on above. I don't know if Sydney is the same but QLD last year was ridiculous. They really need to limit the numbers for the Powercruise events. Marshalling was hairy as with people getting ready to biff each other just because no one knew where the line up started.

We attended the first few Powercruise's at EC but unfortunately it's turned into that much of a big hit, the last one we attended, there were some 800 entrant's.... Good luck getting onto the track for more than 3 cruise laps for the entire day - and that's if someone doesn't spin out on a corner forcing all the cars off on the first lap.

Better bang for buck going to private track days than participating in Powercruise unless they limit the # of entrants IMO. I had even heard a rumour that the Nostalgia Drags may be limited to club members only soon, the number take up is getting that high.
