Hi mate,
I used to drive a Commodore but recently switched to a FG Falcon XR6T.
I'm interested in the XA Coilovers for the FG Falcon.
What are the front spring rates and can you go a little bit stiffer (off the shelf) for track work?
Thanks.

The off the shelf rates are 559lbs/in front and 391 lbs/in rear.
Heavier coils are available for the front but as an additional purchase.
I would suggest that you run with the off the shelf package initially before making and setup changes.

What is the next rate up for the fronts and how much are they approx. for an individual set? Thanks.

Just one more quick question on these as I will doing a lot of kms on them (50,000 per year approx), are they able to be re-valved rebuilt from scratch if neccessary?
Thanks again.

I'd really like some springs with a progessive rate so there's a little more initial compliance.
I feel that with control over the bounce and rebound built in already that this would make them more comfortable as a daily but still be able to tie the car down when i need to.
Are there progressive or softer springs available for the VZ Monaro?

Internal replacement components are available for ExtremeXA units if required.

Not for that Extreme XA application at this point in time.

Has there been anymore development in progressive rate springs for the xa's, particularly for VE?

At this time there are no further changes planned for the exisiting kits. The ExtremeXA's were designed as a performance road kit which normally means a fairly firm to hard ride quality.
Having the ability to dial in the shock settings to suit your own requirements means that you also gained the bonus that a car used as a daily drive did not have to be a bone shaker when it was in normal use.
I do not believe we would change the kit in such a way as to make it a compromise in regards to this original performance concept.

Thanks Scott, I was referring to the progressive rate spring that you can purchase when you already have XA's, not for you to actually change the kit. Main reason being is that there are a few people like me that enjoys the handing but wishes that there was some more initial "give" in the spring for added comfort.
