Quick run to the track to dial in the new set up.....came away with

11.25@123.45 mph IN THE HEAT OF THE DAY! Track was very average- got some prep done but still spinning tyres all the way down- to the point of the shift light (6400rpm) coming on at the shift into top gear.

Temp. 19.6 C Reh. Hum. 48% Baro30.31"Hg Density Altitude 640'

Will probably break from the plan now and put a looser convertor (3200rpm is MILES too low for the best Na laps) in and take it back on Sunday to get the 10.......roll cage and then N2O!:idea:

Had a great laugh all day- thanks Dan from Chipmaster for coming down and touching up a couple of things- taking power out to go quicker sucks the big one but when the track won't hold...what do you do? :rolleyes:

My Mates Dad Has a VT 11 Clubsport he within 2days off buying it he decided he wanted more power so he went and banged on a supercharger and couple off other mods and he pulled a 10.2 he is still not happy with it and wants to get a nos setup.

there is usually more then one person off this forum at Calder for every street meet and none of us have seen any LS1 (in Melbourne) run lower then the G&D performance VT2 Stroker that ran 11's with NOS.....

I dont think there have been many street meets in the last 3 years that havent been attended by forum members
