Congratulations Macca on the first home.
It's a great feeling knowing it's yours and not someone elses (besides the bank).
Bunnings even takes on a whole new meaning when you can shop there buying stuff for the house and 'adding value'.... Enjoy!

Good onya Ben. Smartest thing any young bloke ( or blokette ) can do .
Sooner you get into the market the better off you will be, down the track.:goodjob:

Just done the same thing, nothing better than moving into a brand spanker and knowing that every brick, every screw, every tile is yours.
I think the most shameful thing is that by the time you move in, you are just over waiting for the place to be built so its more of an "Its about time" than "omgomgomg!!"
Took 2 weeks for the "its Mine" effect to sink in.

Well done Maccas it's been so long since I have rented a place I can't remember what it was like but I still know having your own is a good feeling. When you pay it off is the best feeling however.
Enjoy it
cheers

Great spot, nice and close to the river. Im on the very edge of Lavington on the Jindera side, quiet street far enough away from all the crap you get in Lavi.
