I would recommend an Xtreme Carbon Triple Plate Clutch Kit which is capable of up to around 1200RWHP & will still retain a light pedal effort too so they are very easy to drive with whether you're going to be using the car for Street Use or Track Use...

Hi, I am tacking onto someone else's thread, but I have just had my second clutch fail, the factory original didn't last long, then got a apparent HD one put in, and the other day it held on the floor when I tried taking off.
How much for one that handle a stroked L98 and maybe eventually FI. I read the triple plate would do the job, what price are they? you can PM me, I just don't have enought to PM straight away.

I'm also tacking on to an old thread. How much power can the extreme organic clutch hold and looking for a price also.
Cheers

I have a cammed L98 VE SSV ute (310-320kw mark). OEM clutch has never been great, also have the 'pedal return' issue.....
A very good mate who's a mechanic is trying to steer me away from 'button/cushion' clutches as he advises they are too harsh. (sorry for my ignorance)
I don't really know what I'm after so hoping you can provide me with some input, prices etc via PM? Do you also supply the fix for the VE master cyl?
Basically - car won't be changed too much from here on in (certainly no plans for FI etc), I won't be visiting the drags much, maybe as a once off. Will be doing some limited drifting on track VERY occasionally but mainly after something that can just handle hard-ish street driving take offs...without slip, shudder whilst allowing the pedal to return when I take my foot off!
Apologies for long winded post - appreciate your expert advice however.
Thanks!

The Xtreme Self-Adjusting Kit's are capable of handling up to approx 400RWKW's but are suitable for Street Use only, not Drag Use or Drifting etc.

Ok and do they feel similar to the original clutch?
Does it solve the clutch sticking problems the VE's are having?
Also looking for the cost?
Cheers
