custom paint job..

hey guys,

since my car was heavily damaged by hail storms in melbourne and i have to get most of my panels replaced and a full respray..

my panel beater has agreed to paint the car with a pearl/flake in it with me just patin the extra for paint costs..

my car is a yellow 02 monaro, i've been looking for photos of paints on cars, dont want something that sticks out a real lot just something a little different.. i want to keep it yellow though..

dream colour would be black with candy red through it, just dont know if i should as then i would have to pull engine out etc to do engine bay..

open to suggestions or photos that anyone has found..

Put a green pearl through it, i have seen a couple of yellow cars with green pearl. Doesn't stick out like dogs balls but looks awesome when the sun hits it.

Go the dream colour, I don't know about you but I'd kick myself later on thinking sh*t if i'd pulled the engine I could of had it the way i really want it.

(wouldn't be a bombers supporter by any chance??)

yeah i know but its goin to be off the road for a while then and its also my daily driver..

ill try and have a look at yellow with green pearl :goodjob:..

I don't belive yellow with green would like nice, potentially people have seen yellow with green as some yellow pearls have a green flip.

i have seen a paint job black with blue through it, think it was called blue ice or something. looked awesome anyway.
