Is my cam ok for a turbo??

Hi all, I am thinking of fitting a large single turbo to my 2002 SS. It already has full dual 2.5" exhaust, dual 2.5" metal cats, HD valve springs (c.o.m.e), cold air, tune & c.o.m.e LSCH-464 218 in. 224 exh @.050” lift .552”in .552”ex 114 degree LC (lil baby cam) and makes a modest 250rwkw. My questions is will this cam be ok in the short term or is it simply no good for a turbo??
