Have a look at the front bar in the enlarged photos. To me that looks like a different colour to the rest of the car... Was this in an accident and repaired? I'd want to have it checked very thoroughly before you even thought of putting any money on it.

For the price I've seen these going in yards for - wouldn't be surprised a dealer isn't looking at it as a fixer upper. Saw several examples priced at $55k+ over the weekend.
