I would be guessing they have phoned Holden and asked for the RRP to replace those componants and are now charging accordingly.

For the record, if you walk into holden spare parts and ask for the price on the cast iron (standard) header they will cost you over $900. I know this because when they (holden) rebuilt my engine I asked for a new set and was told I would have to buy them. I thought they can't be worth all that much and was blown away when told the price... I just stuck with the originals...
