vz clubsport rear bar mesh

Hi all, just a quick question. Does the bottom mesh part on a vz clubsport rear bar unbolt? Or is it part of the bumper?
I'd like to remove the towbar on my vz, but dont want to be left with a hole, so I thought I would change the mesh. You cant buy little caps to hide the hole, as the non-towbar clubbies are a continuous piece.

The mesh does come apart from memory. When I had someone rear end me and snap the centre bar between the two mesh sections, i vaugely remember seeing some clips holding them in.

Otherwise just crawl underneath on your back with a flashlight, you will know in 2 mins.
