XA Coilovers correct side?

Hey Guys;

I have a VU SS ute with XA coilovers fitted by the previous owner, I recently went to install a new set of link rod pins as the old ones where knackered, but noticed the pins dont seem to fit 100%, as the angles seem out

One thing I noticed is that on the struts, the drivers side strut is marked "FL" and the passenger side strut is marked "FR"

I assume this is meaning front left and front right, but also wouldnt this mean the struts are installed around the wrong way? (this would also explain why my link pin angles dont seem correct)

Do I need to get these struts swapped around?

We did have an issue with some units being incorrectly tagged right and left so I believe that is most likely the case. If you feel there is an issue with the angle of the link pins I suggest that you visit your local Pedders store and let them check that the previous installation was done correctly to ensure you don't have an issue with your replacement links.

Thanks scott, the cars been back to the local store multiple times for other misc issues and they didnt pick it up, but ill try get it down there soon.

Are you able to confirm standard VZ pins should fit and the units dont need pedder specific pins?
