A.P.S. BBQ /open day /car display 22/5/2010

Hey guys -

We are having an open day , BBQ , mini show'n'shine day at A.P.S on Saturday 22/5 . - you are all invited.

We will be there from 9 am - 4 pm "gas bagging" , we'll have all our cars on display.

Also , we will be running a dyno day with very limited numbers .

If you want to strap it down you'll need to shoot me a PM and I'll allocate a spot organise times - the cost will be $50 for 2-3 pulls with a report - payable on the day.

I'll post up a list as they come in.


During the day we'll be running up our race cars , "CHRGEN" ute in the morning , our VX SS sedan at lunch and something else in the arvo.

We'll have JTG liquid LPG on display , as well as some products from HM Headers

HA! I wont be doing this dyno... The wig has shotgun. Some say that in 1938 Jonathon DeLonge modeled the beach ball around his testicles and that his top draw is full of G-Strings, all we know is he's called the WIG.......

All the boys at APS are looking forward to a gr8 day.

There will be custom cars (Hot Rods) for all to admirer and if there are any other people that want there hot rod on display, there will be a few special car spaces left in the front car park just drive in and we will direct u to your spot.

Gonna show a few doubters the real deal.

If you are one of these guys that think LPG is still only good for BBQ's and Taxi's, you should definitely come along and witness some of the world leaders in LPG liquid injection demonstrate in real time how engines being fed LPG consistently outperform their petrol counterparts with ease!!!!

There will be many examples of dual fueled vehicles that go harder on gas then they do on petrol!!!!
Especially late model V8 Commo's!!

We could not have asked for a more perfect turnout to our first ever dyno day ,the weather was fantastic and brought out alot of really nice cars.

We would like to thank everybody for coming along and a particular thanks to the people who's cars we used today on our dyno.

A big thanks to all the crew at A.P.S. for lending a hand to make today the success it was.

I'd like to thank Mainline dyno's for supporting us over the years and supplying us with a fantastic product , furthermore a bigger thanks to Andrew Elder for personally going out of his way to help us in our first time of need in 10 years, our original PC failing just days before our first ever dyno day - murphy's law.

After 2 nights of very little sleep - I'm exhausted !

There was an unexplained phenomenon with Shepps car, but with the help from Mainline Dynos it was sorted out very quickly. On that note I would like to thank Andrew Elder for helping us work through that little glitch.

We will post results ASAP

Was very happy with my 188 rwkw considering only mods are MCAI, GTS maf pipe, HM Tri-Y Headers, and Red Back cat back exhaust
Saving for the high flow cats and tune now :)
