Hello everybody,
Does anyone know how could I tune or remap the ECU from my VZ by myself using a laptop an USB cable and a software?
All I need to do is to check the sensors , if any faults are present and to advance the timing.
Please help me -I haven't got any clue about this; so if anyone has heard something or has done something please tell me.
Any replies would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Adrian.

"Please help me -I haven't got any clue about this" this worries me in the fact that you want to start changing changing things in your ECU (I assume you mean the PCM) the tune.
It might be worth talking to one of the Site Sponsors about getting it done professionally.
Or their is a lot of info on this site from guys doing there own tunes using products like VMC Suite and EFILive you will need to use the search function to find it though. Best start in this topic area http://www.ls1.com.au/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=113 , and from experience put aside several hours or days to read this information. There are some very talented members on this site so if you are committed to this path it is worth spending the time reading all the threads and posts.
Good luck.
