water in boot garnish

Hallo all..
I have got myself a 2nd hand VX berlina boot garnish to put on my VXss,
but it has some water marks on the inside.
Has anyone taken one of these apart before to solve this problem..
What would be the best way to take it apart ( without braking it ).

they dont come apart mate,,maybe you can use some of that CLEAR cleaner, pour alittle in through the globe holes, add a bit of water,and swish around, leave for a bit, then try and shake the water out, will take a while to dry inside, have to leave it off car for a while.
