A call to a special VE clubsport/R8/GTS owner (prefer from Canberra)

Hi All,

I am looking for a special owner of a VE HSV, preferably a R8 or better who would like to take their car to the racetrack at Wakefield Park Goulbourn.

I am looking to have a HSV at a driver training day for a small group of friends to go along with two high powered modified Nissan GTR's. Date 28th October 2010.

What is offered
Entry for the day $110 paid for
Wakefield license unless you have a cams license or a Wakefield license already $50 paid for
Full day of professional driving instruction $950 paid for
A professional instructor in your car at all times.
Opportunity to drive 2 highly modified GTR's. $priceless :)


What you need
A safe and reliable car able to be driven by yourself and others (no under 28's will be attending from my small group, average age around 40)
Bring your own helmet or hire one for $20
Fuel for the car and during the day if needed.
Normal head to toe clothes, Jeans/Long sleeved T shirt.

I am after a mature driver owner who wants to learn to drive fast without thrashing a car. My car will be used on the day. Photography may be available on the day.

This is a rare opportunity for someone for someone who wants to drive a HSV in it's native environment and have it paid for. Understandably some might have apperhensions with letting others drive their car, as I do with mine, hence the driving instructors in the car at all times.

I dont have an HSV, but some questions people may have is what would happen in the event of an accident? And would trim pieces (exterior and interior) that suffer damage either cosmetic or physical be replaced, along with any mechanicals that suffer excessive wear or damage from the event?
