I have a 2007 HSV Senator (Evoke exterior, cream Interior) 18,000 km all stock for the moment.
I want to install a VCM Otr with a maf tune (on back order)and don't know if the exhaust should be upgraded. Is the stock HSV exhaust system a half decent one I don't want a louder system as I use it for work visiting clients at their homes ,I just want one that flows well and lets the engine breath better. If it is crap can I use some of it at least (headers,cats etc) or does it need all to be binned ? Remember don't want it Louder.
In stock form it says 307kW I imagine I will get maybe 15-20kW more with the Otr and tune but if an exhaust modification is done how much more can I expect to gain . I don't know what that will be in rear wheel kws so can we talk engine kW please.Your thoughts would be appreciated.
