Just wanted to know if anyone has used this warranty company before if so i would strongly advise against them. My partner and myself have just put in a claim with them for our diff in our car and they have refused to pay a cent as it doesnt come under their criteria along with everything that happens with a car. If i had of known this i would never of accepted to pay and extra $2500 for 5 years such a crock and a big waste of money errrr :vpo:

If you still think your claim is valid write and complain to the General Manager and c.c. a copy of your correspondence to the insurance Ombusman.
In many situations they will deny a claim and if you persist they will relent. They tend to "oil the squeeky door".

My warranty company said the same thing when i tried to claim LSD cones in the diff, they were saying its a wear and tear issue not a breakdown, i argued with them saying you cant say that a car that has only done 70,000 kms wear and tear. He went and spoke to his manager and came back saying we would be happy to accept your claim and pay it out. They do anything not to pay your claims, I paid 3500 for 4 years on some HSV warranty and ive got back about 2k in 2years and now they say warranty is voided due to non-standard mods lol. Just remember if you plan on doing performance mods in any way then dont bother with warranty

Sometimes the insurance companies play hardball in the hope you will just cop it on the chin, had the same experience with a well known company, I was not at fault but because i only had third party i had to fight them myself, took 5 months to get the money out of them after a 3 page letter that i sent straight to the CEO via the ombudsman......

Walks in for a quit rant and leaves.
I've always thought the people that buy 3rd party warranties are the same ones that buy Snuggies and Shamwows! :)

That's nothing, my father in law has got a thing made of chamois material that about the same size as a sanding block. Apparently he's had it for 35 years and I suspect it was the 70's version of the shamwow.
Throw it in an olympic swimming pool and the pool is dry by the time it reaches the bottom. (Ok, maybe not quite that good, but outrageous claims are what the shamwow style product is all about).

My uncle had one of those "brick" style chamois. He was using it up at Lake Eildon on his boat when he dropped it overboard. We've been in a drought for 10 years now.......
