Yeah 8 litres is right you should buy whatever you can afford :)
Having the extra oil extends service intervals what does it say how long before oil changes?
Castrol recomends Magnatec 10w-40 and their Castrol edge 5w-30
I run this in mine and would recommend this 10w-60

The 8 litres is right they have a larger sump which gives them longer service intervals.
Check this link to check your vechicle tells you oil to use amount etc

8 litres and then some if changing the oil filter....... i used almost 9litres.... they have a very big sump u can easily run this oild for a full 10Ks before its cactus. i use and alot of the boys use 10W60 but that is a performance oil if you dont drive you car hard u could find yourself an oil along the lines of 10W40-50 also i recomend only using full synthetic

Use the draining additive it wont do any damage and you will be surprised how much blacker the oil will come out it doesnt make any difference what brand you use they all seem to work the same if you have the money id lash out and try the mainlube one i havent tried it myself but through reading all the data etc they have and supply you can almost gurantee its the best heaps of information can be found here if you like reading and their also a forum sponser;

You can flush the engine with an engine oil flush (either Nulon or Wyns). If your car has been regularly serviced with a good engine oil chances are that its not needed. However many people will recommend you do it every time you change your oil....
You add the entire contents of the bottle into the engine via the oil filler neck. Run the car at idle speed for 15mins (do not drive it) then dump it and the oil filter (make sure the oil is nice and hot). Let it drain for a little while to ensure it drains well.

I use 20W50 Royal Purple. You might be able to find some for 20% off at AutoBarn tomorrow.
