The 1 5/8 have an out let of 2.5 inch
the 1 3/4 have an outlet of 3 inch.
I don't think they do a 1 7/8.
After researching I ending up getting X-Force for mine, VX 5.7L. If you have a cam and thinking of forced induction go 1 7/8 but you may have to shop around more to get them, X-Force won't do. Also you would want some pretty big cats to handle the blower.

i have the stainless 1 3/4 with 3 inch collector
im a boilermaker/welder and having worked with heaps of stainless can honestly say the welding quality is awsome! they sound as good as they look aswell,
what i didnt like was how the flange (holes) on the collecters were facing down, if you imagine the tips of a triangle thats where the holes are placed unlike pacemakers that only have 2 holes horizontally across from each other, this loses some ground clearance and if i scrap on a speed hump thats where it hits, dont know what they were thinking there
also one primary was hitting in the engine bay just under the brake booster when i powered hard through left hand corners i could feel it viabrate slightly through the pedals, i had to squash one of the ripples in a few mm
i paid around $950 with wiring looms, at that price for stainless im happy and wouldnt really consider going back to mild steel i did have a full di filippo on my previous ride
if you want stainless extractors and money is an issue then you cant go wrong with these but i dont think id buy anything else they make

Stainless lasts a lot longer than mild as it's much more resistant to corrosion.
