hello, iv had my dual interceptor guages for a few months now...but the other day one of them stoped working..
when you turn on the ignition they power up fine, (red lights come on) one will work fine... the other all you can see is about 4mm of the logo.. then it blacks out. (not fully black, just black, but still has some light)
im not sure what i have done..
iv tried un pluging them...
swapping guages ect.. if i swap the plugs the same one still wont work.. the other does..
any ideas??
i tried to post this on there tech forum, but couldnt register...

hopefully someone else has better knowledge and a solution to the problem

What you're describing is unfortunately quite common. Some LCD screens seem to become tempramental for whatever reason. Maybe the heat depending on where they're mounted.
I've had 2 of these gauges and I know of numerous others that have done what you're describing. Some just blank out, others read backwards, others have what could be described as screen decay with the screen slowly disappearing.
My first one was sent back to aeroforce within the first 12 months of purchase as replaced at no cost other than postage to the US. Aeroforce should be able to help you with warranty replacement ... if you can get hold of them.
I made local enquiries but nothing ever came of it. Best bet if with aeroforce and warranty. Cross your fingers. :)

I've got some as well and I had a slight problem with one of the displays being dark in the corner. I emailed them direct in the states and I had 2 new displays here within a week FOC. I have found their service to be exceptional and they really try to keep their customers happy.
Make sure you deal with Todd @ aeroforce and I'll be very surprised if they can't sort this out quickly. A new display is a piece of cake to replace and can be done in 15 mins.

well i emailed the us... got a response already..
LCD CALIBRATION PROCESS
1.
Hold left button during splash screens
2.
When the screen goes blank. Release theleft button
3.
Two numbers will be displayed at the top of the screen. They are rv 32 and rr 26
4.
The right button will decrease rv.
5.
The left button will increase rr.
6.
Streaky displays can be fixed by reducing rv two to three units
7.
After getting display to the best look. Hold both buttons to write these values to
EEPROM
8 . Gauge boot-up will then continue normally
guage is now fixed and working...
so there customer service is as good as their product...
