Im wanting some bigger rubber on the rear of the ute, i have 22 inch advanti tourers, 8.5 with 245 tyres.
i want to fit 22x10 with 295x25 tyres
question is, will it fit? i dont mind trimming the inside of the guard or rolling it, but i dont want it to hit it when i have a load in the back of the ute.
any help would be great!
cheers, Adam

I've got 20 x 9.5 at the moment and before that i had 20 x 10 on the back of the SSv sedan. The guards had to be rolled for them and i had 285's on.
Shaun at Walkinshaw at Brendale (QLD) has the advanti inferno 22x10 on his and from what he's told me he just got the guards rolled. Has to be a really good job though otherwise you'll cut up those $$$$ tyres.
Not sure about 295's though. And the other thing is how low is the ute.

I doubt it Adam. I've had 20x10 with 275 Kumhos on both the SSV sedan (SSL) and SSV ute (SSSL) with guards rolled to the maximum in both cases and I still scrape occasionally, particularly on sudden dips in the road. Depends on how low you go and the offset of the rims I guess. The XHP Boost I had on the sedan I don't know the offset for but the DTM Shine 20x10 are 45 I'm sure.

With the right offset maybe , it would need to sit pretty high though , it will sit higher with 22's anyway.
I have 295 on the rear of mine with mo drama's on 20's with the guards rolled.
My 22's are 245 , will be very hard to find the right offset in a wheel you like.
The ride with 22's is awesome , goodluck.

I have 22x10 with 295's fitted, big of trimming of the rear section where the bumper joins the panel and a decent wheel alignment and it's all good

how low is yours? mine is on sssl and it tucks almost the whole tyre in the guard, with nothing in the back you can see about 5mm of tyre.

With the right offset and guard mods its possible, just have to run a slightly smaller tyre
They do some crazy stuff in the U.S with wheels and sizes, but they are generally 3 piece wheels and they cost proper coin
Pm me if you want more info mate
