Now don't get me wrong, I've been a big fan of Rubinho for many years, but lately he's been rather, well... ordinary. Very ordinary.
He's nowhere in qualifying or the races really, and given that he still has the same car as Michael, why isn't he right up there like he was last year?
I just don't get it, maybe he's resigned to the fact that Massa is going to take his seat next year or the year after? Ferrari not signing him just when they've finished signing their other key members seems a little strange too.
Poor old Rubens, what's he doing?

Yeah, saw that on the news this morning. What a tool
If he was hit his feet would have been ripped clean off at his ankles and he would have been running on stumps :stupid:

Jeez, if his IQ was 2 points higher, he'd be a rock!!!
Farken most stupid thing I've ever seen on a race track.......
Most of you would be to young to remember, but in the early 1970's in an F1 race in South Afica, a driver called Tom Price (I think that was his name, he was driving a Shadow) hit a marshall who was crossing the track with a fire extingisher, Tom copped the extingisher flat in the face, both he and the marshall were killed instantly, the car carried on for the length of the straight at near full throttle with the dead drivers foot hard on the gas, could easily have been an even bigger tragedy........
Hope they lock this guy up in a rubber room.:thump:

he probably thought he was saved by god ! But it was just damn lucky he didn't get hit. Do you think Rubens would have even seen him?

I'm assuming (cos I've never been on a race track, or trained as a race driver) that proper race car drivers are trained to look for SMALL pieces of debris, oil patches, and any/all cars in front not going where they should... NOT for bloody leprechauns being where they have no right to be ... It'd serve the fool right if he got hit in the feet... except for the poor bastard that has to take the bits of him out of the air intake... At least on Schui's car it wouldn't look so bad. Yeah, lock him up in a rubber room, play formula 1 noises 24/7, and never let him out...

I remember watching an old race at monaco when a track marshal ran across near the casino and missed being cleaned up by Senna by about a second. spookey stuff, it's scarey enough crossing the road on marked crossings in sydney, let alone going anywhere near the hotmix while a race is in progress :errr:
