Changing VE ute tail light globes??? How?

Guys, got a 2008 VE Omega ute and for the life of me cant work out how to change the blown brake light globe! Any advice and help? Ive done a search and apart from Wonkys statement about needing small hands, can find out how to actually change it. I dont have a manual with my ute either hence my asking here.

Thanks a million. I felt those 3 big nuts but didnt think they were holding the light in there, and that I was going about it wrong! Brilliant work, appreciate your help!
