I consistently search carsales so i know where i am in the market. I often stumble across cars that the owners seem to ask well over above their fair market price.
I compare like for like models and factor in km etc to see what presents poor value as opposed to good value.
Some of the poor value cars i see are
BA-BF GT special edition models (cobra, gt40) ford stick only a stripe on it and owners think they can command another $20k over a regular BA-BF GT. They are not functionally better one little bit than the standand GT. The equivalent clubsport is quicker and a good bit cheaper
AU T3 TS50 (5.6 litre, 250kw) these owners are even more twisted? They want upwoods of $35k for a 2001-2002 model. Have they not heard of a 300kw gts that would upend it and its cheaper??
The 2002 monaro, its just a vt2 SS but they want double and more the price of a vt2 ss.
Post up a pic or link of a poor value car for sale. They must think there are suckers out there, are they genuine sellers? Or because carsales offers advertise till you sell it they just put it up in case of a sucker?
