Just kerbed a rim. So, who is the best mobile alloy rim repairer in Melbourne?
I see some repairers take the rim off, give it a full coat of clear etc etc....not too keen on that, ...it may end up looking different to the standard wheel....scratch is only 20/25mm...so who should I use?
Cheers, Pickles.

Hey Pickles
Is it on the GTO wheels?
If you have time mate, drop past the shop (Protek) and let us have a look at it. Then we can go from there, there are a few options that are available
Cheers

Cant help you with fixing it, but once you get it fixed grab yourself some Rim Skins, I have them on my 20's and on the wifeys Rex, they will save you any further drama's :)

Jason, Thanks for your quick reply....No, it's on the RS (Focus)....don't know whether that's preferable or not......all I know is that I'm not happy.....I will give you a call.
Cheers, Pickles.

They look just the thing!! How long have you had them on? If what they say is right Pickles (and I with my one scraped rim) may not have to actually pay $120 - $150 to fix the existing damage as the rimskins should hide the damage - double bonus!! Unfortunately their site is pretty crap - half the pages don't work.

Speak to Vince from wheel fix it 0418343482. He does a great job, and charges $80 per wheel to do a touch up on a scratch/rash.

Your spot on Wonky, they cost $50 for a box of 2 and yes they hide
existing damage :)
I have had the pair on the LH side of my SS for over a year now, they
do not look like coming off. Got mine from Sprint Auto, but Autobarn
also stock them.
