Question:
Came across this exhaust the other day and it seems interesting, has anyone heard of mach1 exhaust? autobarn is selling them for $699 cat back exhaust 2 and 1/2 inch full stainless steel.
what are your opinions on it? as in need to change my exhaust soon and comparing to x-force or DF that will only get you a mild steel where as this is a stainless steel and presentation looks great apparently no drone legal noise levels and i think its made by magnaflow. really interested in your opinions.
also if anyone wants to see it the site is
machone.com.au

Interesting how a lot of that thread is concerned with longevity. I've been waiting for almost eight years for the factory exhaust on my SV8 to go belly up so I could justify a replacement .. and it still keeps soldiering along .. (damn!!)

Similar case, my daughter had the VU ss ute, was 7 years old with the standard exhaust with 110000kms, I took it of and repllaced it with the sports, but it still looked like it was in very good order, tried selling it, then just giving it away as I thought it was just to good to throw, but it just ened up in the bin, I think if your waiting to burn the original ones out before replacing with a sports, youd be waiting a very long time.

Yes .. but I still always had at least two carb'd V8s which made lots of noise :)
