I don't have one, but I'm sure a read in a car mag test recently that the fully electric seat stays on the left, apparently the right hand or US passenger seat doesn't have the same electric adjustments.

Instead of swapping, wouldn't it be better to add electric adjustment for the RHS seat?
I'm not sure if the parts are readily available but surely the top spec Camaro would have more adjustment for the passenger on the RHS?
Sorry I can't really help, just offering an alternative option that might be easier?

i would guess the lhs seat is full electric instead of a grab rail to move the seat forward/back and the passanger side isnt.

The only difference between the 2 seats on first inspection was height adjustment , I cant swap the seats over because of airbags so Im hoping the rails/runners are universal.

The airbag would be on the wrong side

The airbag would be on the wrong side
Also the controls would be on the tunnel side and, I'm guessing here, impossible to reach. Interesting problem to solve...

Ha Ha guess that was the whole point to the thread. oops.
Surely it wouldn't be hard to change the electronics and motors over, mind you a set of GTS seats would be the go!

I think it was Performax that did the conversion and they did say to him its the only thing they havnt been able to convert so far , they have no idea how to solve it.
I think the biggest problem in this specific case is the owners mum who drives the car is only 5 foot tall and struggles to see at all , she has tried the pilow trick but yeah not real safe.
She isnt worried if the switch is on the inside of the seat as shes the only driver but still the sheer ammount of wires under the seat is greater than any seats I have seen before.
I highly doubt the VE rails will be the same but I had thought of checking that.
