i have only ever got as far as a quote from them as i sold my ute prior to making the purchases but from my experiences with the quotes and from what other people have had to say about them id have no problems spending the 6grand you intend to spend with them as they were very easy and nice to deal with.

People here have had good dealings with Texas Speed in the past.
One question - have you tried Speed Inc (forum sponsor) for the same parts?
Good luck with it and I'm sure the car will come out of this breathing fire!
cheers
i got springs etc from them no problems.

While your at it give Fraser@aesracing a shot at a price. AES racing is a machine shop as well. They can build anything.

cc ing of heads is to make every combustion chamber the same size,if you buy cnc'd heads it ''may'' be done allready.?
or it may also be done buy sinking valves/grinding individual combustion chambers buy hand.
is this what is meant in there quote?

I know this is an old thread, but just wondering how the build ended up for you?
Again, a little late, but I have bought stacks of stuff from Texas Speed (from small to big) over the past 4-5 years and have been outstanding in every way from price, shipping (finding the best options) and even finding parts not listed. If you ever need anything or a contact there, let me know.
Cheers :)

After much research into US parts suppliers during these great dollar rates, i found texas speed to be by far the most expensive to send to WA. I won't touch them.
I found a place called Hinson Motorsports to price match all the big stores and their freight charges are very good, with excellent customer service.

+1 fraser@aesracing.net
Only problem is he can be tardy in responding to emails so a few people I know now just ring him.
