Hi all,

I need a fair few parts to suit an LS1.

Can someone please let me know a guide on what each of these parts are worth? Reason being that i'm trying to figure out if I should buy each part inidivdually, or buy a complete donor car.

* Coil packs + mounts & bolts
* Water pump housing with heater pipe bits _ bolts
* Dipstick
* Alternator + mount & bolts
* Power steering pump + mounts & bolts
* starter motor + bolts
* Engine mounts & brackets
* Oil pressure switch.
* Engine looms + computer

Thanks

LOTS, I've heard the starter motor bolts - there is only 2 of them - can be over $100, this obviously does not include the starter itself.
You may be best to find a dead block & purchase the parts from them-would cost you heaps to buy it all new!!

why dont u jump on ebay and take a look around for the parts second hand?

ring up your holden dealer and ask for their prices ( some stuff is ok priced others not )

Some stuff is dirt cheap some is a joke i.e. Starter bolts as posted by Beno, Dipstick, $4 dipstick tube $95.....

A Donor car as long as it's not 95% dead is a smart move.
