its been a long long time since I've ventured on here but I've started to move back to the Holden camp after having a break playing with 4wds.
I've got myself a Nissan Patrol with a Ecotec V6 and full Commodore running gear (gearbox, radiator, fuel system, cluster, wiring, the works).
Its currently running an adapter to mount the 4spd Commodore auto up to the Patrol transfer case.
Question, is the rear of the V6 auto box the same as the LS1 V8 box?
Reason I ask is I want to see if I do a LS1 transplant whether the existing adapter will work between the V8 4L60e and Patrol transfer.
